Q: How does it work?
A: Packages that are being shipped to Mexico will be picked up and transported by Lone Star Overnight. Upon entering Mexico, the packages will be transferred to and delivered by Estafeta.

Q: What Is the service guaranteed?
A: Packages will be delivered within two to three business days, depending upon the destination.
Q: Where do I get Mexico/International shipping labels?
A: We tried to make this part very easy! Call our friendly and helpful Customer Service at 1.800.800.8984 and ask for the new International/Mexico shipping labels. Supplies will be forwarded to you within 2-3 business days
Q: Can I order the special Pre-Paid airbills and supplies online?
A: No, Pre-Paid supplies are not available online.
Q: Can I order regular International airbills and supplies on-line?
A: Yes, as of 3/4/2007 Mexico supplies can be ordered online!!!
Q: Will I be able to use LSO on-line Webship to produce labels for shipments destined for Mexico.
A: Yes, as of 3/4/2007 Mexico airbills can be printed online!!!
Q: What items can be shipped and how is the tariff computed?
A: Important note: Packages must contain printed material only such as documents and letters. The packages must weigh ten pounds or less. Tariffs are not computed on these lightweight documents therefore the only charge is the base price of $15.25 up to two pounds. Each additional pound will be billed $3.00 extra. Also a $2.00 pickup fee will be added if an on-call pickup is requested. No residential delivery or fuel surcharge is levied at this time. Customers will see the charges included in their normal invoice or payment can be made with a credit card.
Q: If I send a package to someone in Mexico, is return service offered using Lone Star Overnight?
A: Return packages must be tendered to Estafeta for shipment back to the USA. Upon entering the United States, the Estafeta package will be transferred to Lone Star Overnight and final delivery will be made by Lone Star Overnight. Shipper must verify service area here: service area.
